More than just a gaming platform — WG69 is a community built on trust, transparency, and a genuine commitment to delivering the best experience for every member in Malaysia. Get to know us better.
WG69 started with a simple goal — to build an online entertainment and gambling platform genuinely designed for Malaysians. Not a platform merely translated from another language or adapted as an afterthought, but one that truly understands how Malaysians play, how they pay, and what they look for in a satisfying gaming experience.
Since launching in 2018, WG69 has grown from a small platform into one of Malaysia's most respected online entertainment destinations. Today, WG69 has over 500,000 registered members from across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak — from major cities like Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and Penang to smaller towns in Kedah, Terengganu and Pahang.
What sets WG69 apart from most other platforms on the market is our commitment to transparency. Every game on WG69 runs on a third-party certified RNG system. Each game's RTP is displayed clearly. Match odds are updated in real time with no manipulation. And most importantly — every winning payout is made in full, on time, with no tricks and no excuses.
The WG69 team comprises over 200 experienced professionals across technology, cybersecurity, customer service and the gaming industry. They work tirelessly — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — to keep the platform running smoothly, securely and consistently delivering the best experience to every member.
WG69 believes responsible gaming is the foundation of a healthy industry. That's why we invest heavily in player management tools — deposit limits, betting limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options — all accessible directly from your account. We want every WG69 member to enjoy a genuinely fun gaming experience while staying in control at all times.
In 2026, WG69 launched a fully optimised mobile platform for Android and iOS devices. Today, over 70% of our members access WG69 directly from their smartphones — spinning slots while waiting for the LRT, checking match odds over lunch, or enjoying a relaxed live casino session from home. WG69 is with you wherever you are.
We're equally proud of the payment ecosystem we've built to serve Malaysian users. WG69 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks — all methods that Malaysians already use in their daily lives. Every transaction is processed in under 5 minutes, and every sen you deposit is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
WG69 continues to invest in technology, security, and user experience because we believe that happy members are the foundation of sustainable growth. Every piece of feedback we receive — whether through live chat, email, or social media — is read and factored into our platform development decisions. Your voice matters to us.
WG69's journey is far from over. We're continuously developing new features, adding more games from world-class providers and strengthening our security infrastructure every day. Our goal remains the same as it was on day one — to be Malaysia's most trusted number-one online entertainment platform.
Six reasons WG69 stands apart — not just promises, but real features you can experience every time you log in.
All WG69 members' personal data and financial transactions are protected by banking-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. Our multi-layered security system is monitored around the clock by an experienced cybersecurity team to keep your account safe at all times.
